This website is operated by Patrik Harag (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
This website hosts a game and related services (i.e., a gaming platform), provided 'as is' for entertainment purposes We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.

Accounts
Users can register using a Discord or Google account. In such cases, Discord Inc. or Alphabet Inc. handles user authentication and provides us with the user’s name, email address, and an alphanumeric ID. We do not send any emails. The email address is stored solely as a backup authentication method in case of issues with the authentication provider. We encourage the use of a nickname instead of a real name to enhance user privacy.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their accounts remain secure. If access credentials are compromised and the account is misused, it will be permanently suspended.
We are not responsible for any loss of access to accounts, especially if a Discord account is used without a validated email address (unclaimed account).
Supporters
Users who support the platform are awarded a Supporter Badge, granting them supporter status. This status can be earned through financial contributions and, in rare cases, non-financial support. However, awards for non-financial support are at our discretion and cannot be claimed.
The payment is considered a donation. The Supporter Badge will be granted, but the badge does not create any legal, material, or other claims.
Commitment to Supporters
While I relinquish any legal obligations to avoid potential liabilities, I want to emphasize my commitment to professionalism and honor. I will make every effort to ensure the continued availability of the service for all supporters.
The reason I do not wish to be legally bound is to avoid being taken to court because the platform is still in its early stages and generates little to no income; at this point, it operates as a volunteer effort rather than a business. Additionally, there are matters beyond my complete control, such as:
- I am not a company; I could become ill or pass away.
- I cannot guarantee functionality on older hardware; an update could potentially render the service inoperable on systems where it previously worked, although improvements are more common.
- I cannot influence whether your school places the domain sandsaga.com or its official alternative on a blacklist.
- I am dependent on the reliability of my VPS and DNS provider; if they experience downtime, it can affect access to the platform.
- I may make mistakes in my work or the platform's operation; while I strive for accuracy, errors can occur.
- I cannot guarantee the amount of time I will have available for development, nor can I guarantee that updates will meet everyone’s expectations.
Usual Quality of Service and Its Assurance
I maintain a high level of availability; during server updates, downtime is measured in mere seconds.
In the event of a significant increase in player numbers, availability for supporters will be prioritized. This could include measures such as setting up dedicated servers.
Regarding the long-term availability of the game for supporters, I can operate the game in its current state with low costs, ensuring that there are no threats of shutting it down.
The game itself, along with the web frontend, is lightweight and does not rely on heavy libraries. Similarly, the web server (web backend) is minimalist and utilizes efficient and modern technologies. This allows the web server to be efficient and fast, capable of handling a large number of users comfortably without the immediate need for scaling.
Workshop
Please ensure that the content you submit is unique and does not contain inappropriate language or spam. Similarly, low-effort contributions are subject to deletion.
Submissions that do not meet these standards will be removed. Repeated violations or attempts to disrupt the platform may result in account suspension or an IP ban. Please also note, that in extreme cases, any item may be removed, for example, due to lack of interest or for technical reasons.
Data Collection
We want to assure you that we do not collect data for advertising purposes, as we do not operate any advertisements on our platform.
We collect anonymous statistics on scenarios completed and minutes played.
We utilize Google Analytics to gather aggregated anonymous statistics. This enables us to understand traffic patterns, common screen sizes, and the usage statistics of game features, such as how many players used sand tool. This information is crucial for our development process, and we appreciate your support by not blocking analytics!
We log IP addresses to monitor and respond to any attempts to disrupt our platform, allowing us to take necessary actions, such as blocking access to malicious users.
